If a woman loves the man “more”, in a genuinely healthy relationship, do you think that relationship would fail?

Impossible to measure who loves more than who, except in cases where one partner just flat out barely cares about the other. It's just shit people make up because they can't stand ambiguity.

Too many different attachment styles, natural dips in "touchy feely" chemicals in the brain for short periods and complexity to know for sure.

If you did find an objective metric for love, those people should be collecting their research grants and nobel prizes instead of making videos.
